ESTPRO was established in 1989. At first we were members of MLS and later RNS (Residential Network System). Today RNS has more than 150 agencies on theEast Rand (Kempton Park, Benoni, Boksburg, Brakpan,Springs & Edenvale)
Currently we are marketing all suburbs in Kempton Park and surrounding areas.
Marianda de Villiers (Principal) has been a member of the Institute of Estate Agents since 1989.
Marianda de Villiers holds the degree BCOM + HED Diploma and is the sole owner of ESTPRO and ESTPRO MANAGEMENT CC. She is well acquainted and experienced in all aspects of the real estate, managing agent rentals, new developments etc. In 2001 Marianda was business women of the year on the East Rand.
In 2008 Marianda de Villiers received an award (Nedbank Agent of the year) Estpro was the only non-franchise Agency in the 10 finalists. For +/- 24 years Marianda has served her community of Kempton Park being on the board of the Council for the aged for the last 10 years and also other charity organisations.
The business was started 1989 and is still growing. Marianda believes to treat her agents and clients with trust, respect, and dignity; she has developed and maintains long-term relationships with her agents and clients. Marianda strives to be accessible to clients offering personal and professional support consistently.

Marianda de Villiers also was a Finalist in the Nedbank Property association awards 2008 Arbella in the Cape. We regularly attend Training and Seminars to stay on top of the changes in the estate and financial market.
All ESTPRO AGENTS have valid fidelity fund certificates and are members of the Institute of Estate Agents of SA. All agents have the mandatory Qualification NQ4 required by the EAAB.
