The KAINOS team shares their information on prospects weekly, and refer clients and stock to each other to provide the most needed connections and best possible outcome for each client. Our RENTAL department takes utmost care to link the most appropriate tenant to our landlords, and manage the admin and contracts on their behalf.

Marketing.   With no franchise restrictions and enforcements, free from unnecessary and costly overheads, we provide a customized marketing approach to suit the client profile.  We advertise on property websites, in social media, shop window and in print. KAINOS is involved in the community through sponsorships, promotional offers and charity drives.  Our office is nestled in the heart of Welgemoed in a busy shopping village, centrally located close to main highways leading towards the airport, Cape Town, winelands and beaches.
