A stand for the adventurer who wants to explore rural living in a tiny house.
The vacant stand has a fully equipped borehole, pumping 2000 litres per hour and a container, converted into a tiny home. The container has two rooms with a toilet and basin in a third room. The pipework for an outside shower has already been done, the frame needs to be set up but is also sold with the property.
The one room is big enough for a double bed and a small kitchenette will fit into the second space. A fully functioning air conditioner keeps the container cool during summer and warm in winter.
A 2 500 liter JoJo tank on top of the container will ensure you are never without water. The sale of the generator can be negotiated separately.
The stand leads itself to be developed as holiday accommodation, with plans for holiday cottages included in the sale. A camping site can also be established with little effort.
It is fenced on three sides and has beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, the sunset and the sunrise.
The stand is located on one of the popular streets in Rosendal in the Eastern Free State.
Rosendal, also fondly called the “hidden gem of the Eastern Free State” is home to several artists, poets, writers, creatives and people who want to live close to nature in a rural village.
The town boasts an active tennis club, a poetry and book club, a hiking and cycling club and a crochet group.
