We are a small, friendly, highly experienced team with a combined total of over 20 years experience in the customer and property services industry.

With more than 10 years in the industry, Close Realty offers a professional and personal property management service. As a boutique agency, we will accommodate your individual needs for your property. We look after your home as if it were our own.

The majority of our managed properties are owned by overseas investors and the demands vary from full management to overseeing renovations, arranging rentals or simply keeping an eye on the property with weekly visits. Quite simply – you tell us what you need, and we will do our best to help.
