Cape Town, South Africa – Only Realty’s development division has achieved a significant milestone by selling 100 units within just weeks of launching The Monarch. Developed and built by WCB Property Developers, this new residential project is located in Cape Town’s popular Tygervalley area. Nadine Pretorius, CEO of Only Realty Forge, confirmed that 40 units were sold during the launch weekend, reflecting the market’s strong appetite for well-priced, investment-grade properties.

The studio apartments at The Monarch, which started at R999,000 in Phase 1 and are now priced at R1,100,000 for Phase 2, highlight the area’s rapid growth potential. Studios were particularly in demand, favoured by investors seeking buy-to-let assets with promising rental returns.

Only Realty Forge and WCB Developers anticipate another rapid round of sales with the second phase of The Monarch’s sales opening on Friday, 08 November.
