Benefits of Occupation Law.
Unlike tenants, most of the Occupancy Amount is refunded at the end of

Conditions:
As this is assisted care, residents must qualify for the care. If the resident so
deteriorates that full care is required the agreement will also come to an end and move on
becomes after Full care.
