The rental includes exclusive use of the entire Cottage and garden, as well as uncapped Wi-Fi and water (for reasonable usage).

Electricity is provided by a pre-paid meter and is not included in the rental price.

The Cottage features an open-plan kitchen with a SMEG gas stove and oven, washer/dryer, full fridge, microwave, and other appliances.

2x Lounges – 1 formal lounge with dining nook and fireplace, and a 2nd lounge with indoor braai, dining area and small lounge area

The main bed is a king- ize bed and has AC. The second bedroom features a dedicated desk for working from home and a stacking bed, allowing it to accommodate an additional two people.

Gard with outside dining area and fire pit. The yard is pet-friendly..

Security features include 24-hour exterior cameras and electric fencing, and the property is accessed via a remote-controlled automated gate.

Weekly cleaning (or minimum cleaning every two weeks – cleaner can do laundry, refresh beds and general cleaning) for tenants account at R400 p cleaning day 9am – 4pm (this is to ensure everything is kept in good order and taken care of).

Safe parking for a car is available in a designated parking bay behind an automated gate.

The house has a panhandle drive, so the property has a shared driveway with the neighbours, who are the loveliest people.

The area is excellent, with easy access to the city and southern suburbs (th rest of Cape Town) via a major highway. Additionally, the stunning Muizenberg Beach is just under 3km away. There is a Woolworths grocery store and bakery/ coffee shop 220m way, and the train station is 800m away. Another grocery store, restaurants, a pharmacy and petrol station are 800m from the house. Zandvlei estuary, with a romenade and park, is located 650m away. And lastly, hiking trails up the mountain with incredible views of the ocean and estuary.
