On the upper level is a good size open plan lounge, dining and equipped kitchen, with fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. The lounge has a wood burning fireplace and access to a lovely, spacious covered balcony, where one can enjoy our wonderful sunsets.
On the lower level is a guest bathroom with shower and plenty of storage space under the stairs.
The large bedroom is newly carpeted, has ample cupboard space, vanity desk and a full bathroom en suite, as well as access to another covered balcony to enjoy your morning coffee.
This lovely cottage is spacious, secure, alarmed and fibre enabled (for tenants account). Electricity and water paid via pre-paid meters. Tenant and suitable for a couple or single professional. Unfortunately no pets.
