The living area leads to a shower, hand basin and has a separate toilet.
At the end of a short passage is a kitchen with a sink, cupboards , place for a fridge.
Tenant would provide counter top cooking appliances.
No oven and no plumbing for a washing machine. Washing facilities at Howard Center.
No pets allowed and smoking outside only.
12 month lease with an option to renew.
